Look at the URL for starters, "inovy" or whatever it says, playstation.inovy.net lol as if Sony would use that site. Their website is "playstation.com" and always will be. Common sense goes a long way...

This is just something Sony is doing for whatever reason.. Probably to improve network security.

Well, sometime ago I have read on Gamespot that one famous hacker (who managed to post PS3 keys on the net) fled to south america, and before, he had made a PSN acc, without the permission of sony (or whatever). Maybe they want to prevent something like that again ("don't wanna lose ma precious money"). Or just an attempt to make some April Fools joke. Americans are so strange... (hope GeoHot didn't come to Brazil. But he would feel himself at home here, trading with endless pirates).
