Mmk. Because I started it last night, and let one die in the big room with the skeleton because I jumped across to hack the one turret and my little sister apparently went to inspect the one on the other side. Then Tenenbaum's all like "TO LET EVEN ONE DIE IS A SIN." So I said "Fuck that" and went to sleep, figured I'd just start out at the autosave.

Then again, were there even any little sister/big daddy pairs after the proving grounds? I seem to recall that leading straight to atlus. My memory could be a little hazy, of course.
But yeah, it only applies to the LS that can be harvested.
