What that means is that there is possibly going to be one more generation of consoles after this one and we're reaching the maximum performance games can have. The gaming and computing industry is in for a big bust in a few years, prices on computers and consoles will drop dramatically however because there won't be any improvement in computational power until we develop functional quantum computers.
