Well, it's not really a time machine in the conventional sense of what you imagine a time machine to be as I understand it. It would really just be traces of subatomic particles appearing before the collision that created them even happened. Insanity. Of course that raises the standard time paradox questions, like how come we haven't seen them yet, or will the flow of time be somehow altered or disrupted and cause an alternate time line, changing the future events that originally caused the past to change.

We'll know when the event horizon absorbs all matter within it's gravitational pull at faster than light speeds, sucking our physical bodies and everything around them into oblivion.

    ...

    Oh wait, no we won't.

Also, I have found the photos, but my brothers are on the photos.
Just post them on my profile later or something.

That's good . My friend breaks his computers all the time, I've fixed his netbook 3 times so far, I really wonder what he does to it.

I understood that it isn't a conventional time machine, I was just wondering what would happen if a conventional one was created.
And for example, if I were a scientist, I would want to prove that the time machine worked, therefore I could try, I don't know, send a pencil to the past.
Would I actually find another pencil on the table?
If that's not the case, then I would call the time/dimensional machine, since it would interfere with another timeline/dimension.

Or you would come with a sports almanac and give it to your younger self.

I think it would be incredibly difficult to calculate where a specific point in the past/future would be from the present, considering that the universe is expanding outwards, and our solar system is constantly in motion; Not even mentioning the incredible amounts of movement occurring at lightning fast speeds on a microscopic and atomic/subatomic level. There's also the problem of two particles of mass occupying the same space at the same time, something that would become theoretically possible if an object were somehow transported to the past/future, which could produce catastrophic results. Finally there's the issue of powering said machine, as it would require horrendous amounts of energy, enough to (theoretically) propel an object/person at faster than light speeds, something a living organism is highly unlikely to survive. Clearly, I've thought far too much about this subject.

Dammit! I knew I was forgetting something.

But we never know, it's something that might happen in the future.
Do you think the Neanderthals thought that we would have all we have now?
    Mankind might get there.
    In the future.

Screw the sports almanac, I'd just make stock purchases way back, hop forward, sell them, go back, and get bonds.

I never said it's out of the realm of possibility, I'm just highly doubtful that it would work based on everything we currently know about physics and the metaphysical. At least, everything we think we know. I can't pretend to imagine what the future holds, I just don't think we're meant to alter the way time works in this dimension, or that it's even conceivably possible, personally.

Also, it's more of a big ball of wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey stuff.

Well, all we have to do is wait to see if that happens while we are alive, which I highly doubt.

I'm afraid the debilitating effects of retardation have spread far and wide in the future, even to the most educated members of our society. The sedentary lifestyles and herd-like mentality of your "present" killed off the few remaining free thinkers within centuries, and slowly melted the average brain to a mushy consistency, with a zesty hint of cherry aftertaste. Even I, the most intelligent man in the future, elected by the people, still have trouble figuring out how to open most doors and not get hit by cars. Of course, there was mass confusion at the ballots, thanks in part to the "chad" and unnecessary legal jargon relating to the candidates and their qualifications. Namely, who could remember their name and properly spell it. Unfortunately, none of the candidates excelled in either field.
