Anyone know about a audio player for sega roms? master system megadrive etc....

I checked some games had the option to hear the within music and sounds, so if emulators can read the sound files, there would be a way to extract those files and being able to hear them, like a mp3 player or something.
I already made a similar thread but for the dreamcast console.
