I'm in the middle of one of two weekends this week. I was off yesterday and today, work for two days, have two more days off. And thus far, this week isn't ending up too much better, but I suppose we will find out. Maybe I'll get a call from the hospital about my ultrasound and we can get the ball rolling a bit with this, but I highly doubt my luck is that good.

I figure for things to improve, as long as I do anything better than both my legs, it will be a better week than last week. So if I break just one leg, it will be a better week than last week.

Oh, I'd forgotten that you were working with the hospital and such. You still haven't heard back about your visit? Or maybe you just had another I didn't know about. I won't explore that too much though, since I'm sure you'd like to avoid awkward conversation in the hangout.

The idea was good, it just wasn't executed well, poor graphics in the cut scenes. (Can tell it was designed for 360 then PS3, not the other way around.)

Dante's Inferno doesn't suck...it's just not as good as GoW.

Since I announced what it was and explained it in great detail last night, I figure I've got no more shame left.

About a week and a half ago was my initial visit to the walk-in clinic, where the doctor examined it and told me what it was. He filled out a request form for an ultrasound, which I then dropped off at the local hospital the following day. He also contacted a urologist who should be calling me to set up an appointment.

When I dropped the form off at the hospital, they said, "Oh. You didn't have to drop that off, they should have just faxed it. And I see they never filled it out entirely.... okay, don't worry, I'll just fax this to them, ask them to fill out the information and send it back. We will call you when we have a time for you to come in. Kthxbie!" Apparently this is not the first time this clinic has sent someone over there with incomplete forms, so at least I know it wasn't (entirely) my fault. That was... two Friday's ago. Still sitting here waiting to hear from them.

I have no idea how long it will take or anything like that, but it's really starting to bug me, to the point where if I don't hear anything by the end of this month I'm going to see if I can find a private practice around here that can help me a bit faster, rather than dealing with all of this shit. A guy from work had to wait two years before even seeing a specialist, but that was for his eyes -- not sure what it will be like to see a urologist, but now that I know what it is I don't want to wait two years.
