Default Final Fantasy 9 FMVs no sound

I cant seem to find an Iso file on the web that plays the fmvs with sound. I no there is no speaking during them but it still kinda takes away from the game I feel. does anybody else experience the issue? I'm playing on psx 5.50 gen-d3

Try playing the game with Popsloader 3.90, unless your EBOOT has been sound ripped.

In case changing sound settings doesn't fix this: Some games benefit from getting Daemon Tools, mounting the game, and them running them as a cdrom in your emulator. Just make sure to switch your cdrom plugin to look for the virtual drive that Daemon Tools created.
