So, the power was out on the block when I got home around 2:30.

At approx. 4:00, the power comes back on in my apartment, except for a few appliances in the kitchen, and the bathroom.

The hallway light outside my door is also out, and there're obnoxious beeping sounds coming from near the exit sign on my side that only occur when the power is out.
