Wrong. You CAN get past it. You just have to be REALLY lucky and get a spin jump to clear the second cloud. I did it once... And screwed up right before I cleared the rest of that stage.

Anywho, anybody interested in a Navy Battles tournament? Remember: Find all ships and leave one with 1 hit (but know where that hit is, otherwise you might mess up and get taken out when/if you're knocked to 1! So yeah, I'd suggest keeping a homing missile, if possible.), then start looking everywhere else for power-ups to get a higher score!

Its not intentional, more like just the level is impossible.
I read that other version have much higher levels that can be accessed. Because they are easier.

Like, technically the cap on Minigolf, is 162, but the highest possible score is 157 because of how the holes are.
