Not really, I frequent another forum where people are getting illegal XBL accounts filled of Microsoft Points with stolen or cloned credit cards, it seems you have a limited time to buy the points, spend them and not touch the account ever again.
That a boy, doing illegal things because the risks aren't greater than the rewards!

The one I got doesn't have a credit card in the history of billing.microsoft.com, so I'm not sure how they got the points in it. Another friend got one and it had credit card details and shit on it. Them damn sneaky Chinese.

Hmm, I don't think so, it said it had points purchased in it, but no details about the credit card, no matter if you delete it, there's always a record of it.
