Generally the method of dealing with something like this is to have a word with the guy and see what the fuck's going on. Probably tell him to knock it off.

If it persists, then further action may be taken.

Of course, that's normally left to the higher ups. I'm a list monkey who hasn't list monkeyed in a while. I'm barely staff.
