Searching the app store for "Bullet Hell" brings up about 15 results. The only one that's a cave release is Espgaluda II.
Of course, judging by the screenies, none of the others are as hellish, either.
Results for "Shoot 'em up" show less promise. Although "Phoenix" looks decent.

Sort of, but it's not a traditional one by any means. It's a twin stick shooter that looks to play somewhere between a bullet hell and Ikari Warriors. I haven't tried it myself yet.
