This. I wondered for a while if he's been spending too much time with the cats, and was trying to cover it up

Cats: efficient pets. Feed them, and they manage the rest. Dump the box every few days. Get purr'd to sleep. Awesome.

Dogs: bark their heads off at the slightest sound, always want to go out right when you sit down, jump all over you, act like they're big and bad all the time, interrupt your lovemaking because they think you're 'hurting mommy', I probably should have left that part out, eat out of the litter box then wonder why you want to puke when they lick your face, sniff cat's butts, are overall disgusting...

All so true. Although I must say, dogs are much more loving than cats are for the most part. Cats will let you pet them and lay on your lap occasionally, but only when they feel like it. Most dogs will always come when you call them and want to be in your lap constantly. And they're much more protective of their owners/family and will bark at strangers coming up to the door and stuff.

I think dogs are better suited for families, while cats are better suited for single people or couples, or people that live in apartments. Hell, even people that want a little low maintenance companion. I like both though, I miss my cats.

I think the reason dogs walk in a short circle is attributed through the instinct of "evening out the terrain in that area" before making use of it.
Most commonly to lie down so that blades of grass or other such shrubs aren't bothersome,
though I hadn't heard about that with squatting, yet it makes sense that that would apply too.
When I want your opinion, I will diffuse it from you through osmosis!

Also, if this dog tries to bite me one more time when I want him to move out of my spot so I can go to bed, we're going to have hot dogs for dinner.

He'll go around 6 or 8 times before he 'hunches' to go, then will continue spinning while hunched. One day I expect him to turn into a shit-sprinkler. Thank God for a long leash.

You know those aren't actually made out of dogs, right Sprung?

    Well, maybe in China.

Actually, I'd probably just run him through the paper shredder.

Yeah, that's what I've always heard, and it seems to make the most sense. Also possibly because they like to get a 360 view of their surroundings a few times to make sure there aren't any potential threats or anything before they lie down/drop a deuce.

Your dog bites you when you try to make him move? This sounds like a job for... CESAR MILLAN!

I had to re-read this a few times before I realized he was talking about the hot dogs and not the shit sprinkler.

God, Japan. Get out of my head.
