Nope. Japan is actually a good deal more willing to allow "borderline" stuff in their games than north america does. Z often gets slapped onto games that feature excessive violence and the like just as quickly as a wanking game.

I don't know why anyone cares, porn movies are sold and rented, kids are just as likely to get access to those as they are an AO game. May as well allow it so the video game industry can pull in money from such an easily exploited market.
