Everyone thought I was stupid for buying a 7-string guitar in 2006.

    NOW WHO'S LAUGHING.

I think I did a completely stupid thing by getting one of those Chinese loaded with Microsoft Points accounts, but I'm enjoying the shitload of DLC I just bought and this thing was gonna run out of warranty this year anyway.

I have a Virtual Machine set up to run Windows 3.11. Shit's boss as fuck.

It seems to me they just want to be cool and use vintage things when it suits them.

That reminds me, a goal for me this year is to buy a new guitar.

    I want a White Falcon.

I have a VM setup with ubuntu 7 and backtrack 3, never use it though.

If you were a real hipster you would buy a computer that still runs 3.11 and use that to post to your obscure blog.

Agreed, but that whole set up would be badass and rebel.

Isn't Backtrack 4 out? Make sure you use a 14k modem to get online .

My throat is all destroyed thanks to the flu, so I have been playing guitar for the last couple of days.

    But...

    "Under Pressure."

    Fuck my throat.

    *plugs mic

It looks pretty nice actually, and it would be real hipster cred.

and ubuntu 10 is out, I didn't see the need in upgrading either.

I got BAcktrack 3 about two years ago when I was looking at wifi hacking, now I have no interest in wifi hacking or backtrack.

I only ever use Virtual machines to send files to the ps3 since apache in ubuntu is very straightforward.

I got it for the wifi tools a while back; I only ended up using it a couple of times though.
