    Exclamation Sony Playstation 2 Emulator

First off, I have no idea what happened to my account. I literally seamed to vanish from the boards completely since my last online time. Anyways, I got a strange problem here concerning Playstation 2 Emulator 1.00.48.

I watched the tutorials and everything from the youtube video. I downloaded all the programs necessary. My problem is, I cannot create an .ELF file for FFXII.

It really sucks too, because I'm stuck on FFX and FFXII doesn't work very well, so I really want to play them on the computer so I can use cheats. XD

You don't need an elf file. PCSX2 can run .iso files if you use the correct cdvd plugin, linuzaps iso.

I still can't seem to get this to work. Here's some screenshots.

During the time in which I was uploading these pictures, I did get the PS2 to boot up. Now all I need is to get a game working either from a file from the disc or the disc itself.

I still can't get any games to work!

First make sure your comp can do PS2 emulation and then give the tutorial on how to configure the emulator a try, all the info can be found here:

None of that helps. I'm trying to figure out why it won't play my Discs or ISOs from the disc itself.

Emulating directly from the disc will be really slow, not recommended.
The problem may be in the image file you've created..
You could try to dl a small PS2 game (one that runs in the emulator according to the compat list) and start from there to see if the prob is in that image file.

Wooh, alright. I got FFX to work. The last thing I need is to get some AR cheats into the system. Got a step by step tutorial?

Here are some MORE screen shots:

It's something I've never tried, but I've googled to find this:

When I press ESC, it closes the game! Where do I find "Misc - Patch Browser"?

Actually, there is no such thing as the "Patch Browser". I have checked EVERYTHING.

You can only find that option on PCSX2 0.9.6, if you're using 0.9.7, the Patches feature is not been implemented yet, but you can enable it on the System menu, manually.

I just downloaded and configured 0.9.6. The last thing I need to do is figure out how to use ISOs with it. How do I do it?

All the codes in FFX crash the game!!! What am I doing wrong?!
