No, that's the game audio. Commentary is in a seperate file. The issue is the apparently breaking up (I guess is what it's doing?) voice at 1:00 or so (likely before as well), mainly I can't record sound and voice at the same time with the PSP, since I have to plug it into the mic input to grab the in-game sound.
