    Baby food. With fruits.

It's not disgusting, tastes delicious, no fat and will help you recover.

Of course, Milady is the one with the medical knowledge, but whenever I have been feeling sick, to the point that any food causes me to throw up, fruit baby food helps me get better.

And I totally didn't accidentally delete the Mod Notes thread about five minutes ago...

I've actually had it before, and it doesn't taste that bad (when my son didn't want to eat, I would take little samples to "show him what he was missing." It was actually not bad...), but I don't have any here. Partially because he's two, and doesn't eat that crap anymore.

I'm probably going to have some yogurt and cereal. Maybe. Depends if I can work up the energy to get over there. I just want to go back to bed...

I don't have any dietary recommendations for alleviating vomiting. Just eat whatever you're able to keep down, and keep yourself hydrated.

Now, if you want to know how vomiting causes your body's acid-base balance to get messed up, I can rant about that.

Seriously though, I hope you're feeling better soon.

I've never really understood the need for master lists on sites.
I mean > there is a search function.......but I guess lists look good from an organisational point of view.
You can also organize threads by thread name when viewing a forum, which will organize all of the uploads in each section alphabetically. I can understand the need for the master list, though, in that sometimes the search bar isn't always that helpful.

That and it gives Milady something to do.

Be careful with the yogurt, I'm no medical expert but dairy fat can mess you up.

In fact, can you answer that for me Milady? I think I might be wrong but you might clear that up for me.

I've been doing this for hours.

Still alphabetizing the NTSC-J uploads in Word, then it's time to transfer my 12+ pages of links over to the master list.

Yeah, but if you weren't spending all your time on the lists you could be doing other things.
Like checking old threads.......some people only post in threads with such info, they don't post in the relevant dead links thread (but I'm sure you realise this).

Anyway, you get what I mean > you could be more pro-active and less of an automaton.

And yes, people are most certainly morons lol.

I'm glad you didn't take what I said the wrong way

    Yogurt it is! And Shreddies...

I haven't thrown up since last night/this morning, which is nice. Mostly right now I just feel exhausted, have a minor headache, and my stomach doesn't feel too great. I think the stomach is lack of food, though...

Holy crap, I don't remember this smilie...

Oh, that's great, I thought you were throwing up a few hours ago or something, nevermind that Yogurt warning. . Glad you're a bit better. Get well soon Drag.

    Anyways, I shall depart now.

You're not mistaken. It's not necessarily bad for you, per se, but dairy products are hard to digest. It's better to just take clear liquids, especially if you've a limited amount of time to digest anything before you vomit it back up.

Is the search function here not helpful sometimes?
Hmm, I assumed it'd be the same as any other vB based site.
You should be able to search for just about anything really, especially since most of the threads I see have the filehosts in the title.

Maybe I should run some tests here to see how effective it is

Well, I was "hired" specifically to keep the lists in order. If there were no lists, I'd probably just be Retro.
