It may have been something like that on TSO, all I remember is Dill went pretty nuts over a few days adding heaps of stuff.And any proxy I tried using (for test purposes) wouldn't work.There was also that nice FBI page redirect he had for banned peoples
The image resizer he made was cool......it would zoom in and out if you hovered your mouse pointer over images.
