Understandable. I'm still waiting on Christmas with my family... it hasn't felt like Christmas at all, for me. Just a day when all of the stores were closed so I couldn't go out and get any coffee/good food. 'cept for dinner with a random family that I don't know pretty much at all.

This is how many holidays are for me. If I'm not visiting somewhere else, then I'm just sitting in my apartment, doing nothing as usual. It's sort of hard to get into a holiday spirit when nothing out of the ordinary is going on.

I did, however, invite my father to dinner sometime later this week. My boyfriend is off Wednesday and Thursday, so I'm hoping to do one of those, especially as I'm going up to my mother's (hopefully) on Friday.
