Has anyone here had their PS3 for a significant period of time. I'm wondering how long it will take for the controller's battery to stop holding a charge for a satisfactory length of time. At least, I'm assuming it will being performing in a less than optimal manner at some point.

I do believe mine's a launch six-axis (so 3 years old), and its battery life is terrible compared to the DS3s I've had prior to this. The others I could play all day for like 2-3 days, this one I can play all day for a day, then it needs charging.

I finished up the last of the trophies for Awakening today. I'm super excited about it, except for the fact that now I have nothing to do except a few tiny little side quests.

But if you get around to it, be prepared for tons of gross broodmother shots. And a dwarf that sounds like Ray.

It sounds like a blast, I've been reading up on it. I think I'll buy it for myself for christmas.

The Ultimate Edition had been out for about a week when I had monies to buy my second round of PS3 games, so I got to have Awakening and all the DLC in one purchase. I can't love Cookie enough for letting me know that it was about to be released the first time I went shopping.

I didn't use him either, except for right when you leave Orzammar to find Branka. After that, he stayed in camp until the final battle, when he was left at the gates.

He's more useful in Awakening, considering your choices are limited. At least towards the beginning. I think I had about 12-13 hours by the end of it, then I went back and re-completed the last quest to get a different ending and such. All the other things are much, much shorter, but I would recommend Awakening if you liked the original. It's fairly interesting.

Except I was queen. And no one seemed to care, or even notice.
