Indeed. And my rather insignificant experience as a mod isn't really enough to make me feel helpful. It's sort of overwhelming really, when you come back to the forums and it's completely different from everything you've become accustomed to. But I know all the admins and such have been working really hard since day one, which is quite admirable.
