    Poorly insulated housing.

A mainstay of small town newfieland.

They put all the monies into making the buildings invincible to uber storms.

Not enough into preventing the place from getting fuck cold.

It's not a problem in this city, but force of habit prevails.

They should invest in roads. The ones to and in Paradise are just terrible.

    Really.

I have to be completely under the covers. I also have to have the quilt practically fastened around my neck. When I was little, I read Dracula, and I was scared that vampires would come and get me. Somehow having a quilt around my neck was meant to be protection against that. I guess hanging garlic around my neck would've been more logical, but give me a break, I was only eight. Anyway, to this day I can't sleep unless it's around my neck. It's become a security thing.

Sorry, I just don't get that huge/fetal/whatever thing you're going with. I said that I can't sleep with socks, pants, or covered lower limbs.

I got past where I was stuck last time in Blood Zero!

I also learned a new move for my gun weilding character to do a slo-mo dive using two guns, and then bought her a high powered machinegun and modded it with explosive rounds, and suddenly my weakest character is now my strongest.
As I was walking down the stair,
    I met a man who wasn't there.
    He wasn't there again today.
    I wish, I wish he'd go away.

I prefer to be covered. Considering my height, that tends to be a problem.

Repave would mean redoing. They just patched.

Asking for a new budget and all. Meh.
