No, it's the Dr. Zears Zone diet. It's on a block system. It's how I started out. I eat carbs like whole grain bread, fruit, and peanuts. Anything fiberous. And it's a 3:1 ratio from carbs to protein grams. It never hurts to over do it on protein.

I'm guessing I'm around 225 now.
