I checked out The Club after I saw it had low requirements on Steam, but it's almost 6 GB rar'd, and requires Games for Windows Live to run and most people reported it kept crashing or refusing to let them save and shit like that...

With BT, you lose out on some thanks to the upload and connection overhead.

There's always an overhead, BT or not. In real life though, you probably get fucked by your ISP and never come close to it.
