Yeah, you need to do the HCF extremely fast for it to register. You'll get used to the timing eventually. And remember, you can use Ex attacks and AD's even with only a small amount of heat left, so if it's about to wear off or your health can't regenerate further, whip off a storm of projectiles or something. It tends to work quite often.

Holy shit. I played a motherfucking Halo 3 pro. I don't say that because he was just insanely good. I have seen that dude on tv before. I ended up having a pretty bad game too, except for the one time I met up with him head to head in a br battle. I actually managed to take him down. It was a fluke of some sort, but it was still one of those moments where you just pump your fist into the air.

Anyway Bonfire, the pro, would take out one guy and then turn around completely backwards and dominate someone else. I would start a battle with him and then have to retreat back around a corner or something because he just didn't fucking miss one shot. It was like playing a demon.
