    Suggestions on how to hide the taskbar or whatever the name is of the place where the Start icon and the clock are?

    right click->Properties

    Auto-hide taskbar

    Or you could probably

    Right click-> make sure "lock the taskbar" is unchecked

    Resize

    I think you can hide it that way as well.

    Right click on the task bar, auto hide, or untick lock the task bar. You can now resize or move the bar completely.

    I'm thinking of getting a 160gb SATA HDD to compliment the 160GB SATA I already have.

    So guys. Would I be better off getting a Xbox to play DivX stuff or a standalone DivX player?

    160 is too small.

    I'd go at least 250.

    Depends on the price and if you like Xbox games.

    I'd go with the DivX player.

    98% of dloaded avi files play in a standalone DivX player, 100% of the same avi files I've tried, work in the Xbox.

    If you buy a player, get a cheap £20-£30 one.

    Can I soft mod it? Will it stream the movies from my PC? 360 just doesn't cut it for streaming, half the stuff I have just don't work.
