Heat or blood heat (Max magic circuit meter then A+B+C(or whatever the heat activation is)) then half circle forward C.

Last arcs are done by parrying and doing an Ex Shield in a certain position ( either standing or jumping) while in blood heat.

Ex Attacks are done the same as the regular attack version except you use C instead of A or B.

That pretty much covers it.
