    So yeah, let's cut off anyone that uses their super fast broadband connections for anything more than browsing the internet and looking emails. Those bastards!

    That's one of the reasons ISPs would not do it. They'd lose loads of cash. No point in paying for high speeds if you can't benefit from it.
