Default Need help backing up a PS2 game ?

I need some help copying a game (Dark Cloud 2) but I can't seem to be able to do it right. I'm using DVD Decrypter to copy it and it gets stuck at 52 percent.

It looks like your disk is damaged in some way.

The disc itself is fine (no visible scratches or anything) Maybe I just need another program or something. I am going to keep trying to figure it out.

    Try ImgBurn, DVD-Decrypter is discontinued.

I tried ImgBurn on multiple speeds and it still doesn't work. Can anyone tell me their settings for dumping a PS2 game?
(like what speed or any other special options?) I've tried it on 2 different computers so I doubt it's my drive, also I was able to dump Okami without a prob, so I think it's something with the game...

I just dumped GTA LCS with ImgBurn with default settings. I believe it's the disc.

Meh, I think it's just some fluke, maybe there is a work around but I won't worry about it. Will upload Zone of The Enders 2 instead ....

Did you look over the label side of the disc carefully for scratches? A small nick there can cut right into the data layer, making it impossible to read correctly. And they're kinda hard to spot unless you're looking for them.
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here
