    4-5 times a week. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday off, Thursday, Friday and Saturday if I feel like it. Saturday, when I feel good is an intense gym circuit.

    If I use it's only going to be for a short period of time. Just to get muscle endurance and the bulk I want. After I stop using I'll generate a workout plan just to maintain body fat percentage, weight, and tone.

    You trying any muscle building products or supplements?

    I only do mon/wed/fri in the gym. Not using any supplements yet but I'm looking at it. They wouldn't be as useful for me because I'm not working for size or definition, just overall power.

    leg strength seems to be coming pretty easy to me, but the upper body just isn't co-operating as much.

    Uh. best i can tell you is replace a meal with a protein bar of sort and/or (depending on your daily food intake) a meal replacement protein shake.

    For power lower sugar intake and increase protein, finish weights with 3-5 reps of your maxed out weight. Low reps high weight.

    Well, I'm back from the gym and kinda happy with myself. Set new personal bests on the squat and bench press.
