    Yeah, it was an Game Elements Recoil Pad... I kept the cord as straight as I could, but apparently the little flat cord will bend no matter what, and eventually snap.....

    It looked like this (except white)

    Anybody know if I can find a PS2 to USB adapter in a store? If so, what store? Because if I can't find one, I'll have to get another Game Elements controller....

    edit: And by store, I mean actual retail store, not online store.

    If that pad's lifetime was an accurate example (I had it maybe 4-6 months) then yeah, you're right... But it's the only one I can get if I can't find an adapter in a retail store (like walmart or bestbuy)....

    Doesn't walmart still sell those cheap assed wired logitechs?

    If so, go with that.

    35 bucks and it STILL hasn't died (~ 2 1/2 years now)

    Looks nice... although it doesn't look like it has 2 shoulder buttons, which I would like since I plan on playing PSX games on my PC with it.
