Ahaha, yeah. Ryu and Strider did okay against it, but Venom had problems. But eventually my Web seemed to do the trick. Even if the timing was difficult, and I couldn't always get it right, the very threat of it was enough to stop you from trying it most of the time. Luckily~

Heh. Actually, when I saw you connect with his web hyper, as you said, I did halt on constantly using Hulk's move. However, I counted on baiting you into using his web hyper by making you think I'd follow up with Hulk's rock move, and greet your Venom with a nice surprise.

And yes, I really have no idea. ; Like I said, I...um...haven't really played so much Marvel vs Capcom before now. I've just played a lot of Street Fighter. So super-jumps are still something I stumble a little on counterattacking.

And yes, you're an absolute fiend with throws. ; I can sometimes tech-hit them, but getting my own throw in ahead of yours is not always so easy. XD

I noticed you like putting on the pressure with Ryu. Attacking, pushing me back, then out of no where you throw me. Every time I fell for it.

Yeah, I'm getting more used to each character's repertoire now. It's not so easy for you to pick a character I'm not very used to anymore.

Unfortunately I'm so poor at attack that even my counter-attacks don't always go right. XD And if I make a few mistakes near the start, it's often very hard for me to come back into the match...

I know. Whenever Hulk was matched against Venom, if you had a good start, then I knew my Hulk was doomed. Either from your tricks, or from the time. But when I landed the first few hits in with Hulk, I knew you'd be in trouble, and not even the time could save you.

You seem to be much better than that. There were a couple of matches where I couldn't believe the health advantage that you had managed to take back from me. <__<;

You mean the few matches I ended with maybe, half, more or less, of my health for each/one of the characters? Yeah, I was kind of surprised.

Also, while you did pretty much make my new found defense busting with WM look useless, there were times he still stood up to Venom. A little.
