I don't think so. I've gotten upwards of 100 kbps (steadily) from megaupload on this same connection. Emuxperts starts off at about 60 kbps, and quickly drops down to about 10 kbps...
Actually, I think I've gotten more on megaupload... my point is that while every other site seems to have a steady (decent) download speed for me, Emuxperts quickly goes downhill...
EDIT: Not that it matters. I mean, if you're in a hurry it might, but I'm not. I don't even really care about the game I'm getting. I just wanted to test their download speed for myself, and so far it aint impressing me all that much.
