Nope, they were PSP games first. Also, Syphon Filter had a PSP to PS2 port or two I believe, but after TOS the series kinda.... yeah. Long story short, if it was released for the PSP first, expect it to be half assed and look like shit. Sure, as portable games they're fine, but as console games, bleh.
