Yes, I gave them EVERYTHING. They are fucking morons. I edited my profile a bit and used a different email, and it apparently messes everything up. Between their support and service that's unpredictable, MS are fucking dumbasses.

My son hasn't been able to get on live for 2 days now. Mine is fine. Microsoft says the router isn't 'routing'.
He wanted me to restart the router. No way dude. I'm not taking a chance on killing my live too. Plus, every computer on the router 'routes' just fine.
It's either he is connecting to a different Live server than I am, or his Xbox is dying...which could be. He had burned up 4 of those external Intercooler fans in less than 8 months.
Feedback left...15 minutes early. Sue me.
I should have my points back in a few minutes.
Now, on to the next problem. I sent out 2 games on Jan 6th and 7th, and have yet to receive feedback on them. By default, Goozex assigns positive feedback automatically to trades at 21 days, so I'll be getting + feedback on the 27th and 28th.
