    It's more just the notion of these animals being raised for no purpose other than their eventual consumption. It just seems a bit...disgusting. Treating generations of living things like a production line. Like I said, I understand that that's the way that it is. I'm not going to begrudge someone for eating meat. I'd probably eat it myself, provided I liked it. But still...ew... It rubs me up the wrong way.
