    For sure. I felt the same way while I was in Cairns. Nothing compares.

I'm never very inclined to poke holes in films anyway, regardless of genre. I'm pretty good at suspending disbelief completely. Rather frighteningly good. ;

    I did kind of...find the overt pro-religiousness of it a bit revolting, though. It's totally cool to make a film that's pro-religious. But underlying themes ought to be...ah...underlying?
    The movie's about a cancer cure gone virus that wipes out most of earth. How can you not expect some sort of bizarre science based apocalypse?

    Oh how I wish I could just completely avoid noticing plot holes and things getting jammed into the story like a huge 12 inch cock in a prepubescent girl's virgin vagina. (I'm really getting out there with these analogies....) It'd greatly increase my ability to enjoy movies. I tend to be a lot better at it when I'm not actually expecting some sort of sensible story. Were this a B movie or packed with newbies, I'd let it slide. Neither case is really true.

    Even that wouldn't be quite so bad were it not for the fact that the entire plot resolution is based off god talking to some random chick. Seriously? ARE YOU SHITTING ME? I could not have 'd harder.

    I'm trying to avoid the posts of anything related to I Am Legend. I plan to see it one of these days.

    Cloverfield too.

    So anyway, here's this awesome picture of me I had my little bro take. It was our second last day, and a few of us went parasailing. This was taken on the little boat we were on.

    Download it. High quality DVDSCR is of insanely high quality (you should be able to find it on the site Ahkei posted earlier )

    As for that one, I'm highly skeptical on it being good. Plus I already know what the monster looks like (hooray Australia)

    Got free tickets.

    I'm already thinking it's somewhat like Sin from FFX, I want to know until I watch the movie, though.
