Having trouble with audio file

Hi and thanks for reading this. I've been trying to find this software for audio looping or recording it in a perfect loop with no delay. It's a nice sounding instrumental music, but it's only 15 seconds and I just needed it to be somehow looped at the end and saved for how long I prefer it to be, so maybe it ending up being 5 minutes or so. I have the file, just let me know if i should upload. ^^
