He's still having trouble recovering his account to his 360 though. Keeps getting a "Registration is experiencing problems...try again later" problem. But, he can get on Live with the other account, so it's fixed on my end.

Was it ever broken on your end?

I don't think the assigned IP addresses has anything to do about it to be quite honest, if so you'd be having a lot more problems before now

The first problem we had was one box would kick the other off. I think the TCP and TCP&UDP setting fixed that. The problem now is that my son was impatient, and couldn't wait for me to get home today and fix it, which I did.

Now he's trying to fix the problem he created.
