You need all the files for extraction. When you have them all, right-click only one file, and select Extract here. An ISO file is a CD image.

From what I remember, they don't want to share PS2 BIOS files because it could screw up their attempt at implementing online gaming. Or something like that. But, check our main site.

As for the BIOS, I have it on my home PC. I'll try to get it to you after work. Also, please note that we have a rule against vague thread titles, so in the future, try to make the titles more descriptive. Thanks, and welcome to EmuParadise!

hehe yeah i think that the cd.bin is already the image file. I have "iso buster " software and use it for extracting the cd image, but how about the .cue file for the image. I will try to download your ps2 emulator because mine is from the NGEMU.com website but I've never used it because of the invalid bios!(and they will not tolerate all about finding the Bios other than dumping it to your own ps2, but the problem is that it is a lot of work and a lot of device is needed for that!)
can I know what are the minimum system requirement for your emulator?

wow! what a lot of BIOS for all the emulators!! other say that this was illegal thats why they're NOT tolerating it. Well i dont care if it is illegal. THIS IS THE BEST AND THE PERFECT WEBSITE THAT I FOUND FOR THE EMULATORS!!!

i tried to extract the bios but i got a CRC ERROR message. I read the other posts for this and i found out that it was a common problem to all who try to download it. SO i try the link that you post to the other forum and IT WORKS! but the bios "scph10000",as far as I know, is the oldest bios for ps2. Can you give me the latest, if you have one, please. IM sorry if this is an ABUSE but I really want to play ps2 since my own has been malfunction and impossible to repair.

Im suggesting that you must post a GLOBAL LINK for the valid and perfect BIOS for ps2...if that's not wrong .

thanks to the link SEGNIN but iin order to download files to the rapidlibrary(zango) you need to install thier software first. Hmmm... my anti virus, which is NOD32, has blocking the installment of that softwares. Can you give me a direct link for a direct download? thanks.

Please help me. The BIOS are ok but when I execute the emulator(ps2) I got that error message (the title) at the command window.

And also... the command window did not detect the "SSE3" but it says no problem. Can I start it without that?

I've merged your 2 threads since both are about PS2 emulation, also one of them was in General Gaming. All emulation related questions should go here in Everything Emulation.

I'm using FireFox and I didn't have to install anything.

Oh well, here's a direct link to a PS2 BIOS pack:
    http://rapidshare.com/files/5847804/ps2_bios.rar

But before you spend time setting up PCSX2, you should read this to see if your comp meets the recommended requirements to make using PCSX2 worthwile:

unless you have a really good machine, i wouldn't suggest jumping into ps2 emulation.

    post your specs.
