I'm wanting to crop a video with VidCrop. So I installed VidCrop, but when I tried to run it I get an error message saying the application configuration is incorrect. It seems to work with everyone else. Is there a way to fix this problem?

Why not just use this?

It's what I use, and it crops quite well.
That's not the type of video cropper I'm looking for. I need one that can trim the frames of a video, not cut frames off. Basically I'm wanting to remove the black bars from a video capture.
VirtualDubMod does that for you too.
Ok, where in the application can you do that? I'm using VDMod 1.5.10.2 and didn't see an option for that anywhere. Or are you using a different version?
EDIT: Nevermind, I found a little tutorial on how to do that. But whenever I import my mpg file I see lines as the video is playing. These lines don't show up whenever I play it in Media Player. Is there a way to get rid of them?
