1) It's impossible to OD on pot. The only way those cases are possible is if it was laced with another drug. The toxicity point for THC is 100,000 times what it takes to get you high; you'd pass out long before you ever managed to get that close. Not even with pure, crystalized THC has it ever been managed.
2) Jesus christ, those prices. I never realized drugs were so expensive in this city. 16 pounds of pot at $812,000 means $3171 per ounce. 12 pounds of shrooms at $614,000 means $3197 per pound. Either these were the most retarded, sales-less dealers ever (and the 439k in cash the cops seized says no), or someone's lying their fucking asses off.
