The Clermont County school district has been rocked by scandal after this naked picture of a Goshen cheerleader and her coach Victoria Schattauer turned up. Charges could be filed this week against Schattauer.

According to the school district, one of their cheerleading coaches took the topless photos at a recent party. It appears Schattauer took the photo herself.

Goshen Superintendent Charlene Thomas said that the school board fired 19-year-old assistant coach Andrew Emerson for hosting the party and 19-year-old freshman cheerleader coach Victoria Schattauer for allegedly providing alcohol to a freshman at the party.

"They are not role models we want for our students," Thomas said.
