While we're on the subject of civilian casualties and collateral damage: would anyone have a problem with North Korea being eradicated off the face of the earth, if they have instigated a conflict with another country? It is very apparent that in his extremely fascistic regime that anything Kim Jong-il does or says is supported by his entire brainwashed country. If Jong-il does flex his proverbial nuclear muscle on another "innocent" country, do we invade and risk troops, or do we (as Americans) test our anti-matter technology on the guinea pig that would be N. Korea? I think putting allied troops at the full force of a country that is united against them would be asinine.
I say bombs away.
