So you rented the room or the movie

Classic Alfred Hitchcock's movies is all I've watched recently: Vertigo, Marnie, Strangers on a Train..

Forced my girlfriend to watch 300, then she forced me to watch How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. Fair trade if you ask me. Surprisingly, we both liked both movies

absolutely brilliant film, with a cliffhanger ending. I always knew those dentists were kinky bastards.

    Gosford Park
i can't speak the praises of Robert Altman enough. The man is a genius. And evil. But this is good evil. Watch it with a sick & guilty pleasure afterward.

    Resident Evil: Extinction

Damn, that was a bad movie. Though the convoy story could have been good as a standalone movie if the heroine had never been written in.

Yeah, it was pretty bad. =\ Tyrant could've been better, and where the hell was Jill?!

    Let's see..

The Departed - Good movie. Loved the direction, the music and the twist ending. Would've preferred at least to see one character remain alive by the end, but it was good.

Star Wars: Episode IV, V, VI - The best of the lot was V, which is the Empire Strikes Back. The other two were below average. I'm aware they're supposed to be classics, and I can see that they were innovative for their time, but the movies were predictable as shit, and had a few poorly directed moments.

Euro Trip - Like any other movie of the genre: entertaining but shallow.

Pi - This is the motherfucking win. Why hasn't anyone told me about Pi before? Brilliant movie. We don't get to see stuff like this anymore.

Bridge To Terbithia - This was an insanely boring and kiddy movie until a particular twist towards the end. That made the film worth watching for me at least. I never saw it coming, especially since the rest of the film is too childish to expect that kind of twist.
