    Technically....

Pretty good, although it's going to be my "I'm not near a console but I feel like playing something" game for a while, so I didn't play that far.

    Yet.

But does it play like the first? Gory enough from what you can tell? Are we there yet?

Pretty much identical. Although there's some pretty cool little context kills and shit. Jumping off the second story of a house and burying a crowbar into someone's skull before hitting the ground or killing someone with a toilet (no shit).

It's not that gorey, you can kinda tell what the kills involve but the filter blurs stuff pretty good. Judging from the looks of the filter and some of the flashes that occur during the kills I figure there's some sort of plot based reason worked in for it or something. The uncensored version seems to be missing a lot of the gore from the first one (heads don't crack into bits), but that's probably because it was supposedly an incomplete copy.

Oh, and I'm 95% sure I already called the plot.

    It's THAT predictable story wise.

    Sounds good to me.

As for the plot, well, the first game wasn't that much of a mind-bender.

True, but they weren't "IN THIS ONES WE WANTEDS TO MAEK DE PLOTS DE BAWMB" Plus it looks like it could've been an awesome WTF moment if it was done right. But no, they had to fuck it up :\

Still, 30 bucks for a newly released game?

One benefit of having a bedroom in the basement, it's nice and toasty when the dryer is running.
