this is the glitch. you have to hit mario in the head and he will shoot water straight forward, but the glitch makes mario turn his head right and then everything is fucked, because the blue dude in the air just waits to get hit by the water. you can wait forever but nothing happens. I have tried to dl other roms and just use the same save file, but the glitch has been there every time
