    Default Ehrgeiz: laggy emu

The problem is, I'm trying to play through the Dungeon on ePSXe and the whole thing is laggy as crap. Like when you spring a trap, lightning flashes, doors close and MOBs port in, instead of just *flash*crash*done*, it takes a couple seconds. I don't think any other games lag like this. Tried many ePSXe plug-in configurations. !eM pleH

P.S.: Make a quick trip down the well before going into the dungeon proper for a chance at a dungeon level 13 weapon.

Hm. I haven't played that game in ages. I do recall it being laggy for me also, but that was before I ran across a certain plugin. Have you tried using the P.E.Op.S. Soft Driver 1.17 plugin? I use it pretty much for every game, and it never failed me.

P.E.Op.S. Soft Driver 1.16 is my standard for video. I didn't even know there was an update because it otherwise works up to my expectations. I shall look into 1.17. Thank you.

1.17 is still lagging<-- see post below

    Thanks to Michael.

If I had configured the plug-in before using it I would have been fine.
