the d3dx9 26.dll, i finally DL the file and now im going to test it if it is working, i will post in this thread if i met a problem, anyways thanks for the help guys... mwah!!
oh!! wait i forgot to tell, what kind of virus that it can disable the run in the start menu..?

When a DX9 dll file is missing it's normally best to reinstall DX9 altogether. This is the latest one

Download it and extract it somewhere, I normally use C:\temp. Then go to the folder you extracted it to and run dxsetup.exe.
